APPLICATION
It's suitable for Optical Brightening Agent for acrylic fabrics and di-acetate fibre. It's for exhaustion and padding,less dosage can get excellent whiteness, the quality is counter of Uvitex BAC-L (Huntsman).
PROCESS METHOD
1. Acrylic fabrics on normal process:
Dosage: OBA BAC 0.2-2.0% o.w.f; Formic acid or acid oxalic
adjusted PH=3.0-4.0;
Temperature: 95-98℃; Time: 30-45min; Bath ratio: 1:10-40
2. Acrylic fabrics on hypochlorite process:
Dosage: OBA BAC 0.2-2.0% o.w.f; NANO3: 1-3 g/l; Formic
acid or acid oxalic adjusted
PH=3.0-4.0; NaCLO2: 1-2 g/l; Temperature: 95-98℃; Time: 30-45
min; Bath ratio: 1:10-40
3. Acrylic & wool blends process:
A. Peroxide bleaching:
Dosage: H2O2(35%): 10-20 ml/l; Sodium phosate: 1-2 g/l. Ciba
Ultravon CN 1-2 g/l adjusted
PH=8-9; Temperature: 50-55℃; Time: 2-3 hours; Bath ratio: 1:10-40
B. Acrylic brightening:
Dosage: OBA BAC: 0.5-2.0% o.w.f; Formic acid or acid oxalic
adjusted PH=3.0-4.0;
Temperature: 95-98℃; Time: 30 min; Bath ratio: 1:10-40

STORAGE & PACKING
Sealed in storage, keeping date is 12 months under room temperature.
