Optical Brightener (WET END) LPWHITE APL CONC. is mostly suitable in the furnish. Compare to tetrasulphnic type OBA, it performs even better at high speed machines due to its high affinity with pulp fibers. It can be dispensed batch-wise in pulper or mixing chests at pH from 6 to 8.
Care must be taken that the product has to be applied not with either alum or cationic auxiliaries at the mean time. Ionic bonding of LPWHITE APL CONC. and cations may form and cause LPWHITE APL CONC. insoluble in water.
Required Amount: LPWHITE APL CONC. gives its best performance with dosage of 1,000-15,000PPM on the dry weight of the furnish. The required brightness can usually be obtained cost effectively by judicious splitting application of LPWHITE APL CONC. in the furnish. |

Optical Brightener (SIZE PRESS) LPWHITE APL CONC. is also suitable when applied with starch at the size press. It can be used in combination with CMC, PVA and anionic or weakly cationic synthetic sizing additives.
Required Amount: LPWHITE APL CONC. gives its best performance with dosage of 1,000-7600 ppm in size press liquor. |

STORAGE:
Liquid product, crystallization may occurred while the temperatures of surrounding lower than – 5℃, in order to dissolves, agitation and heating is highly recommended.
