II Applications:
It is mainly applicable to whitening and brightening of polyester fiber and the blends, especially to whitening of polyester fiber knitting at low-temperature (95-100 ℃)．
III Directions for use and dosage: (only for reference)
1. Exhaust dyeing method of low-temperature absorption: Dosage: 0.3-0.7% (o.w.f)
Liquor ratio : 1:10-20
Dyeing temperature: 95- 100℃ Dyeing time: 30-40min
PH value : 4.5-5.5 (adjusted with acetic acid)
Procedure : add additive, acetic acid (adjusting PH: 4.5-5.5) and BC- 103 FWA into the dye bath according to the formula , raise temperatur e to 95-100 ℃ as the rate of 2-3℃／min, keep constant temperature for 30-40min → drop in temperature → washing
- dehydrat ion and drying (80- 100℃),its whiteness can meet the user ’s requirem ent . If the user has fixing machine, carry out pre-dr ying (80- 100℃) and curing (170- 175℃,30-40s) after washing and dehydration, then whiteness will be better.
2. Pad dyeing method: Dosage: l .5-4g/L
Procedure: 2 dips 2 nips (pick up: 70%) → pre-drying ( 100℃) → curing and thermo -fixing (175- 180℃,30 seconds)
3. High-temperature and high-pressure exhaust dyeing method: Dosage: 0.2-0.5% (o.w .f)
Liquor ratio: 1:10-20
Dyeing temperature: 120-130℃ Dyeing time: 30-60min
PH value: 4.5-5.5 (adjusted with acetic acid)
IV Using tips
1. If suspension liquid precipitates and separates after stored for a long period, please fully stir before use .
2. . It shall be used within the yellowing spot range of this product , i.e . pad dyeing 5g/L, exhaust dyeing 0.8% (o.w.f). It will be subject to yellowing if beyond the dosage range .
V Packaging and Storing:
5kg in plastic drum, 20kg/paper carton (4 drums) . Quality guarantee period is 8-12 months under normal temperatur巳
